Vigur Inc (“Vigur,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates websites, mobile experiences, and other digital properties (collectively, the “Platform”). Your access to the Platform, its content (“Content”), and any products or services offered through the Platform or by Vigur (collectively, the “Service”) is governed by this Privacy Policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Capitalized terms not defined here carry the meaning given in Vigur’s Terms of Service.

Protected Information
Creating a Vigur account establishes a direct relationship between you and Vigur for platform and service access. Information you provide for account creation—such as your name, birthdate, address, phone number, and payment details—is not considered medical information or “Protected Health Information” (PHI).
However, some service components involve health-related data that may be subject to federal or state privacy laws.​

Some independent medical groups, providers, labs, or pharmacies (“Clinical Partners”) may be HIPAA-covered entities or business associates.
